Water Service Rates:

The current water service rates are $48.15 per month minimum. Charges for gallons of water used are:

$4.36 per thousand gallons for the first 5,000 gallons

$5.32 per thousand gallons for 5,001 to 10,000 gallons

$6.38 per thousand gallons for 10,001 to 15,000 gallons

$7.66 per thousand gallons for 15,001 to 20,000 gallons

$9.19 per thousand gallons for 20,001 to 25,000 gallons

$11.03 per thousand gallons for over 25,000 gallons

Construction/Bulk/Temporary Water, subject to availability of supply, is $17.00 per 1,000 gallons

A 5/8″ X 3/4″ standard water service currently cost $13,475.00
($11,705.00 Impact Fee, $610.00 Water Acquisition Fee, $935.00 Connection Fee, $200 Security Deposit, $25.00 Admin Fee)

Wastewater Service Rates:

The current wastewater service rate is a flat rate $80.00 per month.

A standard wastewater service currently cost $7,500.00 plus Inspection Fee as applicable
($2,500.00 Impact Fee, $5,000.00 PCU Fee) plus Inspection Fee as applicable

Other Fees: 

$15.00 for late payment fee

$25.00 for returned checks

$40.00 for turning off service due to non-payment of monthly bill

$25.00 Administrative fee

$210.00 for Meter Tampering

$2.00 per page for a requested customer history report (Customer must show proof they are the owner of the account)
