How do I avoid late fees?
Bills are payable by the indicated due date. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee will be added to your account. Payment received in the night drop or online after 5:00 p.m. on the Due Date will be posted the next working day and will be considered delinquent and charged a late fee.
How do I change the name on my account?
Name changes due to marriage or divorce can be made by contacting CLSUD by email, or phone. CLSUD will need proof of change. Customers that wish to change the name of account holder due to a death should contact CLSUD. Services can either be stopped or transferred to a new owner.
Can I receive my CLSUD bill electronically?
Yes! Register to receive your monthly water bill via email by going to https://newolbp.logicshosted.com/CLSUD/Login. Any CLSUD customer can view current and past bills online. Just verify your account number, choose a user name and password, and you’re all set to view your bill any time.
I can’t afford to pay my bill right now. Can I get an extension?
If you are experiencing financial difficulties which temporarily prevent you from paying the full balance on time, please let us know. In many cases we can work out a payment plan to allow you to continue receiving service.
What do I do if I am experiencing low pressure?
Check your meter and the surrounding area for possible leaks. Next, call our office and report low pressure for your area.
Why is my water discolored?
A repair could have been completed recently allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look.
Why does debris come out of the faucet when running hot water?
Most likely your water heater needs to be flushed. CAUTION: Most manufacturers recommend hiring a professional to flush your water heater. If you plan on doing this yourself, read the owner’s manual to keep from being hurt and or damaging the water heater.
Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent in my payment?
We may have received it after the due date or we may not have received it at all. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.
